Best Western PLUS Monopole-Metropole in Strasbourg

I can’t ask more from them. The room was superior, it’s cozy and the heat was ideal. The bed was like top class and got one of the best sleep I’ve ever had. Also it was clean like home. Breakfast was delicious and 17€/person is amazing. Location was great, it took only couple of minutes to reach public transportation. I reserved standart room for my family for 119€ which is the best. If I ever visit Strasbourg again, defined reserve a room again!

We're staying here for two nights over the Easter weekend. The staff is very friendly and the room is lovely. Breakfast is perfectly fine for us; everything is fresh and tasty.

We parked in the Petit France Historic Center parking garage. Everything is easily accessible on foot. We're really enjoying our stay.

For a short stay in the city, the location was superb, the room was lovely, cozy, and clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, and there was a pleasant, family atmosphere. We appreciated that the breakfast room wasn't too large – rather small, but perfectly formed.

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, with a hint of age, but everything is relatively clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, although we had a slight mix-up with our room. We had to wait over half an hour for our room because it wasn't cleaned, and we ended up getting a different one anyway. It's a shame we couldn't have had it right away. The breakfast was also good, with a wide selection for France. Everything was tasty: scrambled eggs, sausages, and hard-boiled eggs. The coffee from the vending machine was good. The hotel is pet-friendly, but for a fee. Unfortunately, the parking lot isn't connected to the hotel, which is a drawback for me because you have to unload all your luggage and then go with a person who will help you park your car. The parking lot is small and tight, with a steep and narrow driveway. Large cars or sports cars may have significant problems. The room is clean, but the bathroom, especially the shower, needs improvement. The balcony in the room is a plus, and the refrigerator is practically empty. Overall, I recommend it. Quite close to all the attractions.
