Best Western Plus Hôtel Monopole Métropole
No me gustó el servicio, cuando llegamos no funcionaba el ascensor, no había jabón en el cuarto y la mitad de los enchufes no funcionaban. Eran las 15 hs y el cuarto estaba sin hacer,no es para categoría 4 estrellas!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely choose it again. The location is incredibly convenient just a short walk from the central station, It’s also right near a vibrant shopping area and an absolute haven for foodies, with tons of great dining options just steps away. Great value for money and really appreciated that they served infused water for guests and provided easily accessible refillable water stations. The hotel features a beautiful, old classic design.
The only real downside is the parking garage. It is a bit on the pricier side, and the layout is quite tight. I definitely would not recommend it if you are driving a wide car, as maneuvering can be a bit of a challenge.

Conveniently located, about 250 meters from the central train station as the crow flies, so you won't have any problems carrying large suitcases. It's quietly located, yet the center of Strasbourg (the main cathedral) is literally a 10-15-minute walk along a shopping and historic street. "Petite France" is about 10 minutes maximum.
The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming! Very comfortable rooms, a great bed, and plenty of space. Coffee, tea, and a bottle of water are available in the room.
The breakfast isn't huge, but it has everything you need, so no one will leave hungry.
We were very pleased. We booked a family room for three. My daughter slept on an extra bed, and it was quite comfortable.

Buona struttura, comoda ai mezzi pubblici per arrivare al centro.
Camera confortevole, silenziosa e pulita, come pure gli spazi comuni.
Colazione varia con assortimento di dolce e salato. Personale gentile ed empatico. Plus, per chi arriva in auto, il garage privato ad un costo equo.
