Best Western Plus Hôtel Monopole Métropole
Very friendly staff
I booked the hotel but after some days it was cancelled without a reason. Absolutely, anoying! Will never book Best Western again.
Really nice hotel. Pleasant folks at the reception and helpful with requests. The rooms were clean and spacious. And there was a charm in the building having retained some of its older decor. Breakfast had a good spread. Very close to the train station and the Strasbourg town.

The only very minor drawback is the somewhat poor soundproofing of the windows (facing a very quiet street).
