Best Western PLUS Monopole-Metropole in Strasbourg

The room was quite small, but clean and had everything I needed. Next time, I would consider paying a bit more for more space. The location is perfect, and you can reach the old town in about 10 minutes. Breakfast had everything you could want, but the tables were quite close together.

The hotel is ideally located. 5 minutes to the train station, 10-15 minutes to the old town.

The rooms are modern and extremely clean.

The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I would definitely choose this hotel again!

If I had to find something to criticize:

-The breakfast room is somewhat uninspired.

-The lobby furnishings are a bit outdated.

Very close to the station and city center. Rooms are nice and clean and the front desk is very helpful. The breakfast was good too. Highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful, starting with the booking process on the hotel's website (the hotel staff responded immediately with detailed answers to any questions). The staff, the room size (we booked an oversized room), the breakfast, and the location—everything lived up to our expectations.

I can’t ask more from them. The room was superior, it’s cozy and the heat was ideal. The bed was like top class and got one of the best sleep I’ve ever had. Also it was clean like home. Breakfast was delicious and 17€/person is amazing. Location was great, it took only couple of minutes to reach public transportation. I reserved standart room for my family for 119€ which is the best. If I ever visit Strasbourg again, defined reserve a room again!
